For the 167 homes currently pending, they average 34.5 days on market with an average selling price of $448,919.

We currently have 3.7 months of remaining inventory; this means it would take 3.7 months to sell all of the homes on the market at the current pace.

Finally, buyer financing for homes bought in the past 6 months: 67.7% were conventional financing, 13.6% were FHA financing, 6.3% were VA financing, and 11.8% were cash buyers.
